10:30 am - 12:30 pm Warm-up, footwork, skill building & partner drills
12:30 pm - 2:00 pm Lunch & Rest
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm Practical & tactical training for competition
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm Bouting
